Day One! Here we go...

It's 9:02 am on day one.   I'm finding it hard to keep track of what to do when but I'm sure it will be second nature in a few days. 

I drank my Spark while I was getting ready.    You're supposed to mix it with 8 oz of water but I find that to be too sweet.   So, I probably mixed it with more like 14 to 16.     I got it all down by the time I was done getting ready, so then I made my shake.  

I bought an Oster My Blend 20 oz Personal Blender from Walmart for $30!   Wow, is it easy to use!    It comes with a sport bottle that you mix it in.   When you mix it, you put the blender attachment on the bottle and insert it into the blender.   A quick turn and it whirls your drink beautifully.    Remove the bottle, take off the blender attachment and put on the sport lid.   Super Slick!      I followed the advice that Robin had given Marybeth about this and instead of mixing in 8 oz of water, I mixed it in 12 and added ice as well.   This filled my 20 oz bottle and I am definitely full now (I drank it on the way to work). 

The fiber drink was not as bad as I'd feared.   I got the Peaches and Cream instead of the Citrus, as Josie had mentioned that the Citrus is pretty pulpy...and I do not like pulp!     You do have to chug it but it's not gagariffic or anything.  Just kinda think and a little bit too sweet.    

The shake was really good.  I do think I'll try it with a banana and then maybe some peanut butter, to break things up.    But I'd imagined Slim Fast tasting shakes and they're much better than that!
